Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders take about 1–2 business days to process before shipping. During holidays, processing may take a bit longer. For accurate and timely delivery, please ensure your payment and address details are complete. Missing or incorrect details could delay your order by 3–5 additional business days.
Note: All U.S. shipping addresses are verified through USPS. Please double-check your address at USPS.com to avoid any delays.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. While we aim to ship quickly, we rely on USPS and cannot guarantee delivery times.
Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping
Delivery time varies based on the shipping method you select and does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that while we aim for timely delivery, some factors (like weather, strikes, or transit delays) are beyond our control.
Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Refused Packages: If you refuse a package, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: For lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS, replacements are not guaranteed. If your package is delayed or missing, contact us at getalphabites.com.
Note: For international shipping, delivery times can range from 4–6 weeks or longer due to customs clearance in the destination country. Additional fees may apply in some regions.
Order Cancellation
Orders move into fulfillment immediately after purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, you can refuse the package or return it with tracking for a refund upon receipt.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Alphabites is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment or a refund.
Package Delivery
If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, Alphabites cannot offer refunds. Please contact USPS for further assistance.
Returns
To qualify for a refund, all bottles (used, unused, or partially used) must be returned within 180 days of the original purchase. Include the following with your return:
- Order ID (on your receipt)
- Full name and address where the order was delivered
- Your email address and phone number
- Original packaging slip (if available)
Important: Partial returns may result in partial refunds.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
